When Jesus Comes, Will He Find Faith

When Jesus Comes, Will He Find Faith

It’s when Jesus comes, not ‘if’ he comes, because He is coming. When He shows up, that’s what I’ll talk about. If you live reactionary, you’ll have trouble. Be ready.

Fear is a real attachable point. It opens the door for hell to work. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. So, hell uses fear. It opens the door to detach from faith. God will restore your faith through March and April and May and June and July…

God doesn’t give fear. He gives power, love, and a sound mind. His kingdom is righteousness, peace, and joy.

Remember the 10 plagues? It wasn’t just plagues. There were also 10 miracles. Egypt got hit with the plagues, but not Goshen where the Israelites lived.

God isn’t punishing right now, He’s trying to save! Praise the Lord!

To know God, don’t try to do it through a Bible study, learn about Him through His Spirit. Get to know Him through His Spirit. He’s Spirit before anything else. God wants people to know Him. It’s easier to understand a book if you know the author.

When you go to a book signing, you hear the author’s voice. You see his face. Then, when you read his book, you’ll hear his voice speaking, you recognize him. It’s the same with the Spirit of God and His Word. That’s why God reaches for humanity through the soul first, then through the brain.

Worship God with all of your heart, soul, strength, and, lastly, mind. The brain is the hardest to convince, but if God’s Spirit moves on the face of the deep, there is revelation. You get the power of God to fall on this place, you’ll get His Spirit.

Luke 18:1-5 “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; 2 Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: 3 And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. 4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; 5 Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.”

There’s a ‘yet’ in this house! God was teaching them a model. He didn’t want faith to operate like fear does. That widow kept coming.

Luke 18:6-8 “And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. 7 And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? 8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?”

This is conditional. God loves everybody, but He’s not ‘in love’ with everyone. Being ‘in love’ has to do with covenant. It’s like marriage. We become one flesh. In the Spirit, we enter the same sort of covenant through baptism in His name. That’s ‘in love.’

Faith must have the same tenacity as that widow with the judge, but different reasons. It’s not if He comes, it’s when He comes, what will He find? Shall He find faith on the earth? Shall He find faith in this (point to self) earth? This isn’t talking about the rapture, it’s talking about everyday life.

Will you have faith? Will you hold onto it? God is coming in the middle of your tragedy, in the middle of your chaos. He IS coming, but once He gets there, will He see faith?

The Son of Man comes every time there is a despairing cry. Hagar cried out in despair and God heard her.

The media and internet technology have been able to magnify and throw fear into people in a matter of seconds, but heaven is still faster. Always remember that! Before your question, God already has an answer. Before you had pressure, God had a release. There is nothing too hard for God.

The condition of your faith, when He comes, matters.

Hagar got thrown out of Abraham’s house and God heard the prayers of her boy and God sent an angel. Exodus 2, Israel cried out to God and He sent Moses.

If you’re wondering why you aren’t hearing God, maybe you need to get more Wow of Him. When God shows up, He takes notice of people who say, ‘Wow!’ and check Him out. When Moses made a big deal about a burning bush, there were no words yet. God spoke after Moses’ ‘Wow!’ Make a big deal about God showing up and watch what happens next.

If you have an, ‘if God will prove Himself, I’ll serve Him’ attitude, you are ignorant. Miracles start in heaven and come down to earth. It starts in the Spiritual and then comes to the natural. God doesn’t work from earth to heaven. It’s not the intellect that attracts God. It’s magnifying Him and choosing to trust Him in spite of circumstances that attracts God.

God will turn the dial in work and business. He will turn the numbers. Keep your attention on what shows up instead of the details of how it will turn. Let God be God.

‘Ladies, you want to make God laugh, tell Him all your plans!’

Jonah didn’t even want to go to Nineveh. He knew God would hear their prayer. This is a nation that was heathen and worshipped the fish god. Jonah smelled like fish and got their attention through their ‘defishencies’.

Repentance is the key. It’s the key to open the door so God can do what He had on His mind from heaven. That’s why Paul died daily so he wouldn’t miss whatever God had.

Repentance, dying daily, restores faith.

When God begins to move, He’s looking for someone who will seek Him and repent. The fear of the Lord is getting into the creative nature of God.

Jesus should be your first resort, not your last.

Repentance always puts you going toward God, fear always puts you going toward man!

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, knowledge, and to depart from evil, depart from a froward mouth (busybody).

The reason hell uses fear is to take away the fear of the Lord from you. The moment you trade the fear of the Lord for the fear from the enemy, sickness, financial hardship, etc, you lose out on wisdom. God said, ‘Let there be light,’ and there was.

Don’t be so ‘thing oriented’ that you lose your faith through some loss and you become fearful.

Most people come to God through some affliction. Most people come to God because it’s the last option. By the time they get here, there’s no trust. They’ve been burnt, divorced, scammed.

There is another dimension.

Psalm 34:15 “The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.”

The righteous approach Him based on relationship, faith intact. Before the attack comes, you’re already praying for the preservation before the attack even comes.

Psalm 91 talks about getting under His wings. God protected the people in New York before the hit came.

Quit making things complicated and keep your faith intact.

Let the Word of God get to you before your reasoning. When something happens, does Scripture come first or do you call 911?

Has your brain become so stuck in the world that your first impulse is to call on the world rather than Jesus?

When you get to righteousness, the righteousness of God will reveal stuff that affliction does not.

Rom 1:16-17 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”

If you choose to live from faith to faith, God will handle circumstance to circumstance.

God hasn’t showed up yet because when He got close He didn’t find faith. When God gets there in your crisis, will He find you holding onto your faith?

Professors just profess, preachers demonstrate.

If you feel better, show yourself to the High Priest, Jesus, and thank Him for the healing He has started and maintain that faith because He has come.

If you spend your time ministering to others in faith, so often God will handle your stuff while you’re busy ministering to someone else.

You cannot ever afford to doubt. Always maintain your faith. Don’t let ANYTHING interrupt your faith. Let God handle the details.

God can touch you even through the internet—online! A man was healed from a sleeping sickness. He woke up just enough to hear the preacher say, ‘Lazarus, come forth!’ and he was completely healed.

By faith we were saved yesterday, you are being saved right now.

If you have fear, start repenting. Repentance disconnects hell faster than anything else. It disconnects your flesh from this world.

Faith. Faith comes by hearing, hearing by the Word of God. Faith isn’t the problem. Hearing is. The time you lose faith is when you listen to stuff that’s not from Him. Monitor your filters so your faith doesn’t get damaged.

News isn’t new. It’s old(s).

One day God told Bro Hernandez to turn off the music on the radio so He could teach him how to hear His voice. For 15 years there was no talk shows, no radio, no news, nothing. God wanted to teach him a stream, so he could walk from faith to faith. In faith, God will give you the answer before the crisis gets here.

God sends supernatural help to cause enemies to stagger, to cause stones to roll away. Let Him do what He wants to do.

Jude 1:20 “But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,”

Talking in tongues is your credit card when God takes over and says what is and what isn’t. When He starts talking through us, He says, ‘Let there be hope where there was pressure.’ He starts putting things into order and it builds up your most holy faith. Your natural state never get bombarded. That’s why we speak in tongues to maintain holy faith. The Word becomes living.

The Bible is for your brain, speaking in tongues is for your Spirit. Tongues lifts your spirit. God encourages you through your spirit. The Word of God establishes the mind. That’s why the crazy world can’t affect you because both are set right, the spirit and the mind are in alignment with God.

God will deliver you mind, body, soul, and spirit. Keep your faith intact. Let God handle everything else.

God’s will is contingent on your cooperation—faith. If God looses a miracle with no place to land, how can He put it there? Faith is the landing pad for the miracle He is bringing.

Go on the preface of what you find by faith, in His Word. God is your first direction. Faith is first, then the doctor. Ask God to lead you and follow Him.

If you’re dealing with something in the natural, take an aspirin, but with something in the spirit, go to God first. Never let theory interrupt theology. Children of God go to Him first, not last.

A bad report from the doctor shouldn’t drive you, faith should drive you. Shall He find faith? Has your faith got messed with, confused, disoriented, and battered so much that the miracle can’t land? The foundation must have faith to have the miracle stay. You must have faith to maintain the miracle.

A miracle is God trusting us.

Miracles get entrusted into your faith so it will multiply and bless other people.

Your faith before God is HUGE. It’s a big deal. When you pray in faith to God, He responds.
